Booking policy:

The Whitening House requires a non-refundable booking fee when booking any appointment or training. Fee varies depending on service. Please refer to services page to find out more.

Additional terms and conditions:

Any means to reschedule appointments can be done within 48 hours of your appointment. If appointment rescheduling needs to be done after that window, the booking fee will no longer be transferable and a new booking fee would need to be sent to secure your appointment.

No show policy:

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment, your card will be charged the full amount of the remaining payment and a new appointment would need to be booked by yourself.

Defamation & Conduct Policy:

The Whitening House maintains a strict professional and reputational standard.

Any student or individual (current or past) who engages in defamatory conduct toward The Whitening House — including libel, slander, false statements, or reputational harm made verbally, in writing, or online — may result in immediate action.

The Whitening House reserves the right to:

• Revoke and/or void any certifications issued

• Withdraw awards, credentials, or recognition

• Terminate current or future enrolments

• Remove any contractual, legal, or ongoing obligations where permitted by law
